Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipment, destination, and volume of the goods.

Return Policy:

The return policy of www.copic.it allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the purchased item without providing any justification within fourteen (14) days from the day of receiving the products. Only unopened products with the original manufacturer’s packaging in good condition can be returned.

First, request return authorization by sending an email to info@mundelsrl.com, specifying your order number and the products you wish to return. If your order meets the conditions for a valid return, you will receive authorization via email. Carefully pack the products you wish to return and ship them via courier to:

After receiving return authorization, you have 14 days to ship the items back. If this deadline is exceeded, the right to return the products expires, and you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the moment we receive the returned products. Once we verify their condition, we will send you an email. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
