Delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the type of shipment, destination location, and volume of goods.

Return policy:

www.mondomarker.com's return policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the purchased item, without having to give reasons, within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the products. Unopened products with original manufacturer's packaging in good condition may be returned.

First, request return authorization by sending an e-mail to info@mundelsrl.com specifying your order number and the products for which you wish to return. If your order is within the terms for which you can make a return and meets our return conditions, you will be authorized to proceed by e-mail. Pack the products to be returned carefully and send them by courier to : Mundel srl - Via San Giuseppe 100 - 21047 Saronno (VA), Italy. After confirmation of the return authorization, you have 14 days to ship the material back to us, after this deadline the right to return will be forfeited and you will no longer be entitled to any refund.

The refund will be made within 10 business days after we receive the products you returned to us. As soon as we have verified the status of the returned products, we will send you an email. The refund will be made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
